Position Purpose:Manages the overall production support team and mentors the team of data engineers. Supports planning features, measuring outputs, and ensuring quality products. They will also derive analytical insights from a variety of business contexts and communicate those insights effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
- Lead a Production Support team responsible for monitoring, triaging, and resolving incidents for batch processes across 3 shifts
- Ensure consistent achievement of batch SLAs, timely incident resolution, high-quality service request handling, and accurate team timekeeping
- Serve as the primary escalation point for high-severity issues, ensuring clear communication and coordinated response
- Manages the planning, prioritization and execution of activities of team of data engineers
- Develops the standards and processes required to ensure the delivery of high-quality data products
- Manages and oversees the automation of key ETL / ELT (Extract / Transform / Load) and quality assurance (in collaboration with quality engineering team) processes for large volumes of data and migrations of workloads
- Performs and monitors data quality, integrity, standards, master data management
- Allocates available resources to meet operating objectives and provides team leadership, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience:Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Technical Skills:- One or more of the following skills are desired.
- Knowledge of Agile Software Development; Scrum (Software Development); Technical Support
- Knowledge of Extract Transform Load (ETL); SQL (Programming Language)
- Knowledge of Other: relational and non-relational databases, Cloud-based data processes, and business intelligence
- Experience with one or more of the following Other: Experience in performing and monitoring enterprise level data governance, integrity, quality, managing master data, moving data between databases, providing metadata strategy, and business intelligence/analytics

Pay Range: $102,900.00 - $190,500.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
