About the RoleWe are seeking a Content Management Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for supporting digital experiences across a large enterprise ecosystem including websites, mobile apps, and customer engagement platforms. This role is critical to ensuring seamless user experiences through robust content architecture and platform configuration.
You will work on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing on Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO), and manage content structures within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites). The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates curiosity, and can handle high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and manage content platforms across multiple brands.
- Develop and maintain content structures using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites) and Tridion Sites.
- Support Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO) for personalized user experiences.
- Assemble visual code using GUI interfaces to combine objects for tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release support and maintenance of web pages.
- Troubleshoot and triage issues within the digital ecosystem.
Must-Have Skills- Hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO)
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites) - setting up instances and developing content structures
- Content Architecture
- Familiarity with Tridion Sites
- Technical proficiency with JSON, Java, and tools like Postman.
Nice-to-Have- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- IT-related degree or relevant certifications.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
