This role is a senior product leader and people manager responsible for defining and executing a unified infrastructure strategy across cloud and legacy platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep technical fluency, strong organizational leadership, and experience breaking down silos in complex enterprises.
Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership (Must-Have)
Ownership of product strategy across multiple teams
Experience managing platform or infrastructure portfolios
Ability to align roadmaps across:
Legacy/on-prem systems
Cloud-native platforms
Outcome-driven mindset (value, not just delivery)
People Management & Leadership (Must-Have)
Direct people management experience
Experience overseeing multiple product teams simultaneously
