Job Summary:

Program/Project Management: Managing the scope, timeline, budget, and resources for large, complex IT programs, particularly within the utilities sector. This includes risk assessment, mitigation planning, and stakeholder communication. PMP certification is often a required or highly preferred credential for these roles.
Oracle CC&B Expertise: Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) on the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application. This includes in-depth knowledge of core modules such as:
- Billing and Rates
- Payments, Credit & Collections
- Customer Information Systems (CIS)
- Metering, Usage, and Service Orders
- Integration with third-party applications (e.g., MDM, WAM, GIS)
Testing Background & QA Management: Establishing and leading the Quality Assurance (QA) function for CC&B projects. This involves:
- Developing comprehensive test strategies and plans (System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing).
- Overseeing the creation and execution of both manual and automated test scripts.
- Using test management tools like HP Quality Center, Jira, or Azure DevOps for defect tracking and reporting metrics to PMO.
- Ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of the CC&B system in alignment with business objectives.
