We are seeking a Business Architect/Modeler who will support our client. This role will be responsible for supporting team initiatives by developing and maintaining comprehensive business architecture artifacts to ensure all deliverables align with project goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating and validating business models, working with Stakeholders to identify pain points, and familiarity with healthcare frameworks such as MITA and CMS compliance standards.

Develop business architecture artifacts (independently or as part of the team) like, but not limited to operating models, process models, capability models based on documentation reviews, brainstorming sessions, individual or team research.

Review with stakeholders, update as needed for comprehensive documentation, including business architecture artifacts like, but not limited to context/operating models, process maps.

Analyze and summarize any documentation provided on business processes, workflows, and system requirements related to assigned areas. Conduct harvesting activities and integrate relevant findings within models managed. Identify and assess gaps.
