Job Title: GIS (ESRI) Technical Analyst
Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid -alternate Thursdays)

Contract

Summary:
SMUD seeks a GIS (ESRI) Technical Analyst to support their IT organisation. The analyst will develop and maintain the ESRI schema, integrate geospatial data, and deploy ESRI web map services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop ESRI schema and integration requirements
- Design and implement ESRI Enterprise Geodatabase
- Support virtual server deployment
- Build ESRI feature classes for data integration
- Develop and support integration with other applications
- Deploy ESRI web map services
- Develop and update ESRI mapping applications

Mandatory Requirements:

- ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise experience
- ESRI mobile solutions experience
- ESRI ArcGIS SDE experience
- GIS server technologies development
- Database experience (Oracle, SQL)
- Programming skills (Python, .NET, JavaScript)
- ESRI Enterprise Geodatabase design and deployment

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience with utility data
- Recent ESRI training or certifications
