Release Coordinator

Introduction:

The Release Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating release activities, sign-up tracking, and maintaining records across Non-Prod & Prod environments. They will play a crucial role in executing checkout & validation during releases, using various tools for task management, and providing support during issue triage.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate release activities, sign-up tracking, and complete record-keeping across Non-Prod & Prod environments.
• Execute checkout & validation during releases (including night Prod Releases) and follow up with application teams during the day.
• Utilize Jira/ADO, ServiceNow, Excel & Teams to manage tasks, defects, change records, and communication.
• Review logs, perform basic API/SQL validations, and support issue triage during releases.
• Maintain documentation, participate in team meetings, and handle other release support duties as assigned.
