Job Description:

•  Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital marketing and content management solutions.
• Proven experience managing Adobe AEM projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and modules.

Desired / Trainable Skills

• Domain experience in pricing, billing, credit, customer onboarding, or GTM‑supporting systems
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet
• Exposure to scaled agile or program‑level delivery models
• Experience coordinating with change management or business readiness teams
• Exposure to AI‑enabled or data‑driven platform initiatives

Important Notes for Candidate Screening

• This role is not suitable for PMs whose experience is primarily portfolio reporting, PMO oversight, or light‑weight product delivery.
• We are prioritizing execution judgment, cutover leadership, and delivery risk control over domain familiarity.

Do not advance candidates who have not personally led enterprise production go‑lives or cutovers for revenue‑critical systems. Candidates whose experience is primarily PMO oversight, portfolio reporting, coordination, or status management—without ownership of go/no‑go decisions—should be rejected. Disqualify candidates who lack experience managing multi‑system dependencies (e.g., CRM, billing, pricing, data platforms), who cannot translate technical risk into business or revenue impact, who are uncomfortable pushing back on leadership based on readiness, or who require fully defined requirements before executing. This role requires proven execution judgment under ambiguity; candidates unable to describe specific release‑day accountability should not proceed.
