Title: Senior Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer
Location: Boston, MI (Hybrid)
Duration: Full Time
• Lead and oversee the organization’s Azure cloud operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that align with business goals.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Develop and enforce best practices for cloud security, cost management, and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting Power BI environments and data integrations.
• Experience supporting Azure SQL Database, Managed Instance, and SQL Server on Azure VMs.
• Work closely with developers on database design and optimization.
• Mentor and lead a team of cloud engineers and operations staff.
• Design and implement Azure landing zones and cloud infrastructure that align with organizational needs.
• Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Ensure robust network security and compliance within the Azure environment.
• Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
• 8-12 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Azure cloud platforms, DevOps and infrastructure automation.
• Proven background in cloud development, software development, and IT operations.
• Expertise in cloud networking, security, cost management, and performance optimization.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Solid experience in network security, compliance, and Azure best practices.
• Experience supporting Power BI environments and data integrations.
• Experience supporting Azure SQL Database, Managed Instance, and SQL Server on Azure VMs.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
