NCFAST 777851: The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks a highly technical contract resource for NC FAST (Families Accessing Services through Technology). This position will serve as an Network Engineer to support applications hosted in the cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-Prem.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues related to networking and security.
Create firewall rules for environments.
Assist the Operations and cloud team as requested.
Maintain and keep track of all technical duties related to cloud networking such as design, implementation, and support.
Manage, monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues: utilization/throughput, slowness, and unexpected latency.
