Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead modernization initiatives across Procurement and Contracting Services and System Support Services. This role focuses on improving processes, implementing automation, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Modernization Initiatives
- Plan and deliver projects that simplify, standardize, and automate business processes.
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
Drive Collaboration and Alignment
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and divisions to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support smooth project execution and adoption.
Change Management & Adoption
- Encourage adoption of new tools and processes through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop clear project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Track progress, manage risks, and adjust plans to ensure successful delivery.
Measurement & Reporting
- Define and monitor success metrics such as cycle time reduction, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide regular status updates and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex projects or programs in a large or matrixed organization.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and change management skills.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and automation or AI tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.

- Promote consistent project management practices, including planning, risk management, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process analysis and automation.

- Ensure projects follow applicable data governance, security, and ethical standards.
- Team Support & Mentorship
- Provide guidance and mentorship to interns and early-career team members, supporting their professional growth.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
