Role: ServiceNow Service Mapping / ITOM Developer
Locations: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
• ServiceNow Service Mapping / ITOM Developer with extensive technical and hands-on experience that includes a proven track record of successful deployments for external customers.
Responsibilities:
• Craft, configure, script, and own the technical solution on the ServiceNow platform to ensure successful deployment for our customers.
• Work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories) and complete the development of the agreed upon solution.
• Demonstrate their extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by ServiceNow, including Java, HTML, Angular, etc.
Required:
• Minimum of 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, as detailed above
• Implement and Configure a broad range of ServiceNow Applications, such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, GRC, and Employee Center
• Design / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls
• Extensive knowledge with crafting Business Rules, ACL’s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
• Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that can not be satisfied through configuration
• Solve and repair common configuration issues.
• Build Prioritized Applications using Studio.
• Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow
• Deep technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira, etc. using JDBC, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub
• Document all technical work for purposes of knowledge transfer.
