The Work:- Architect and oversee the delivery of complex SAP programs and portfolios to achieve strategic business outcomes.
- Define program and project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with executive stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and compliance standards.
- Monitor execution of deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage expectations, resolve issues, and align on outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth program execution and business continuity.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to project and program teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Track and report on program progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, methodologies and tools.
- Champion innovation and best practices in SAP program architecture and delivery.
This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require three days per week in the office.Here's What You Need:- A minimum of 6 years of experience architecting and managing large-scale SAP programs or portfolios including expertise in defining program scope, governance, and monitoring execution of deliverables.
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with the organizational skills to manage cross-functional and global teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have minimum of 6 years work experience.
Bonus Points If:- You have experience with SAP S/4Hana transformations, cloud migrations, or multi-country rollouts.
- You hold certifications in program/project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAP Activate).
- You have a track record of driving innovation and process improvement in SAP environments.
- You excel at building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
