responsibilities:
The Virtual Directory Eng will be primarily responsible for interacting with our internal customers. In this role, the Engineer will work in the Agile Team to implement and enhance virtual directory solutions. Solutions will include caching or proxying data from identity silos. Role will also include responding to emails, Service Now Incidents, phone calls, instant messages, troubleshooting meetings, etc. Other responsibilities include monitoring alerts and responding accordingly, updating and validating existing documentation, and ad hoc work as appropriate.
- Responding to ongoing customer requests - must be great at asking questions to develop a good understanding of their needs
- Supporting RadiantLogic VDS and Oracle Unified Directory
- Participating in DC migration efforts
- Handling new customer intake
qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
