Role Description:
Overview: As a ServiceNow Technical Lead (Solution Consultant) you will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the development of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions. You will provide governance and systems engineering expertise to scrum teams, ensuring that their designs align with best practices and organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Strategic Committee leaders to create governance documents and procedures, as well as assisting scrum teams in designing robust applications. You will also be instrumental in gathering initial requirements for new initiatives, ensuring that solutions are well-defined from the outset. Additionally, you will recommend innovative best practices and governance models to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Response to design and implement comprehensive solutions. You will work closely with external applications to create overarching systems that integrate seamlessly with existing platforms. A key aspect of your role will be teaching and mentoring lead developers and developers on advanced system design techniques, empowering them to deliver high-quality applications. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining product and application roadmaps, ensuring that all development efforts align with long-term strategic objectives.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in ServiceNow architecture and a proven ability to guide teams through SecOps solution designs. Experience with governance frameworks, systems engineering, and cross-functional collaboration will be critical to your success. Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work effectively with scrum teams will also be highly beneficial. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation through well-structured and scalable solutions.
