We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager 3 to lead modernization initiatives across procurement, contracting, and system support services. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership, including the COO, to drive process improvement, implement AI and automation solutions, and ensure successful delivery of cross-divisional IT programs.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex projects, aligning teams around strategic goals, and fostering collaboration across multiple business units. You will be responsible for designing program plans, tracking KPIs, reporting to senior leadership, and mentoring early-career team members. Success in this role requires strong communication, consensus-building, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-divisional IT programs aligned with organizational strategy
- Design and implement initiatives to simplify and automate complex workflows across Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) and System Support Services (SSS)
- Integrate AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and cycle times
- Establish and enforce standardized project management practices, including charters, schedules, risk logs, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across IT, operations, strategy, and executive stakeholders
- Build consensus, manage conflict, and drive adoption of new processes and technologies
- Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, including stakeholder satisfaction, cycle time reduction, and compliance
- Prepare executive-level status updates, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership
- Mentor and support interns and early-career professionals, fostering technical and professional growth
- Maintain accountability for program outcomes, risks, and deliverables, ensuring objectives are met on time and within scope
qualifications:
Must-Have Qualifications:
8+ years of IT program management experience
Experience managing complex projects with multi-year budgets of $10M+
Skilled in AI, automation tools, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
Strong command of PMO standards, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
