Ideal candidates will have experience in migrating email templates from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to AJO, email development experience, experience coding email templates in AJO using Handlebars, development in HTML/CSS, and experience in AMP script.
Location: Remote
Length: 6 Month Contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)
Hourly Rate: $40-50/hr W-2

Job Description: The Email Coder and Developer will be part of the Experience Evolution team under Marketing & Customer Operations. This role will focus on design and build of email templates, specifically within Adobe Journey Optimizer. Day to day requirements will include understanding requirements, creation of emails, email testing and applying email best practice. The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality work in a timely manner is of utmost importance.
Job Responsibilities - Design and build a variety of different email templates ranging in complexity
- Integrate variable data into emails
- Perform review of emails to ensure proper rendering and execution
- Organize and prioritize variety of tasks and requests from multiple stakeholders
- Ensure content changes and updates in a timely and accurate manner
- Act as email channel SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Strong business process and operations skills
Required Skills - 3+ years of email production experience, including HTML and CSS.
- 3+ years of experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform (specifically Orchestrated Campaign).
- Responsive email design, development and testing experience
- Previous experience working with project management tools and systems (Workfront)
- Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working with design software - Figma, Sketch, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
Soft Skills: - Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
- Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High levels of initiative, drive and self-motivation
- Exceptional attention to detail
