Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Lead to design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and integrations. The role will lead technical development, ensure best practices, and collaborate with functional teams to deliver scalable and secure Workday solutions.

Lead the design and development of Workday technical components including Integrations, Reports, EIBs, and Studio.
Architect and manage Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Workday developers and integration analysts.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee data conversions, inbound/outbound integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
Ensure adherence to Workday best practices, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
Support Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and design specifications
