Hours & Pay
- Projected Pay Rate: $38.28-$42.00 per hour
- Schedule: Standard full-time business hours

What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and maintain SQL queries using IBM AS/400, relational databases, and QMF or equivalent tools
- Build and manage a reusable library of SQL queries and templates
- Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead data evaluation efforts supporting root cause analysis
- Perform data trend analysis and publish automated analytical reports
- Design dashboards that demonstrate team productivity and performance
- Support cost savings initiatives and the reduction of dealer transactions per claim
- Prepare, validate, and present cost reduction and analytical reports
- Create reference materials and document technical specifications and business requirements
- Document operational procedures and process flows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
- Experience writing and maintaining SQL queries in IBM AS/400 or comparable environments
- Strong Python skills
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex data sets
- Experience performing root cause analysis and trend reporting
- Dashboard design and reporting experience using analytical tools
- Strong documentation skills for technical, operational, and process-related materials
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
