The Opportunity: We're kicking off a
high-impact laptop migration initiative with one of our premier financial services partners-and we need a
Laptop Migration Project Coordinator to keep everything running smoothly. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and have a knack for organization and communication, this is your chance to make a big impact.
What You'll Do: As the
go-to person for all things laptops, you'll be at the center of this migration effort. Your role will include:
- Driving logistics for wave-by-wave laptop distribution to ensure timely delivery to all users in scope.
- Managing inbound requests and inquiries from end-user groups with exceptional customer service.
- Coordinating special requirements, such as high-performance machines or international travel needs, with the laptop and project teams.
- Acting as the primary liaison between technical teams and end-users to keep everything on track.
What You Bring:- Strong project coordination or project management skills with a focus on execution.
- Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- A+ certification (a plus, but not required).
- At least 2 years of experience supporting infrastructure-related migration programs.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills-you're the person everyone trusts to get things done.
