Java Full Stack Developer (AWS) – Intermediate Level (4–7 Years)

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite – locals only)
Interview: In-person interview required
Work Model: 5 days onsite

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer (4–7 years) with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, SQL/PLSQL, and AWS to build and support scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role requires full-time onsite presence in Jersey City, NJ and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka

• Build scalable, resilient, and high-performance application components

• Implement secure applications using Spring Security (authentication & authorization)

• Develop and optimize Kafka producer/consumer integrations

• Write and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries and manage transactions

• Support application deployments and services on AWS

• Perform performance tuning at both application and database levels

• Follow coding standards, best practices, and participate in code reviews

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams

• Contribute to debugging, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements

• Leverage GenAI productivity tools where applicable

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of professional experience in Java-based development

• Strong hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

• Working experience with Kafka (integration, messaging, error handling)

• Good experience in SQL/PLSQL (queries, procedures, performance tuning)

• Hands-on exposure to AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, EC2, etc.)

• Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting

• Understanding of security concepts (Spring Security, OAuth, JWT)

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Experience using GenAI tools is a plus
