Job Title: OCM + Training Lead

Job Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 16 Weeks Contract (4 Months)

Client: Insight Enterprise

Job Description:

We’re supporting Insight Enterprises on a 16-week engagement with Northern Arizona State, and they’re looking for an OCM & Training Lead to drive adoption for a Microsoft 365 web app rollout.

This is not a strategy-only role — they need someone hands-on who can lead training sessions and own content development.

Key requirements:

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 rollouts.
• Hands-on delivery of virtual training sessions.
• Strong experience building training content in Articulate Rise.
• Experience with SCORM and LMS integration.
• Ability to own both change management and training execution.

The role includes leading end-user sessions, manager briefings, and building out enablement materials to support adoption.
