Systems Administrator III IAM / SSO

Role Overview
We are seeking a Systems Administrator III with strong IAM and SSO experience, particularly with Ping Identity platforms, to support both operational and engineering initiatives. This role will focus on day-to-day IAM operations while helping expand and enhance the enterprise SSO and MFA environment.

Key Responsibilities

8+ years IAM experience
Hands-on experience with Ping Identity (PingOne, PingFederate, PingOne Protect)
Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, federation
Handle IAM intakes, incidents, and MFA resets
Improve certificate management, logging, monitoring, and dashboards
Expand and tune PingOne Protect with Security
Implement PingCentral for automation and self-service
Troubleshoot authentication issues across AD, DevOps, and networking
Expand MFA and support platform upgrades
Streamline federation between Ping Identity and Microsoft Entra ID
Use DaVinci to build custom authentication and self-service flows
Support global SSO enablement
