Description:
This role is leading our Vulnerability Remediation Support Analysts team. This is a new team of analysts that will perform the following key roles:
Preparing the domains and the Enterprise for our ServiceNow transition
Providing strategic leadership across ServiceNow and domains to influence change over time
Experts on process, data, stakeholders in an assigned domain of vulnerability remediation and patching
Responsible for delivering support (answers to questions related to vulnerability management and patching) via existing Tech Support Channels
Serving as 1st line liaison into Operations and Engineering Team in CTI/APSE GBS performing vulnerability remediation and patching
Identifying process and automation improvement opportunities in given domain
Required skills
ServiceNow Vulnerability Management experience required.
Experience with Confluence and vulnerability management is a strong plus.
