Objectives & Role Overview

Under broad supervision, you will serve as the subject-matter expert for Windows environments and standard business applications. You will be responsible for the health of essential IT operations-including servers, email systems, security tools, and laptops-ensuring that business processes remain fast, smart, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• User Support: Provide continuous management information system support via phone or site visits; troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical problems.
• Systems Maintenance: Install, configure, and support workstations, printers, phones, and peripheral hardware.
• Infrastructure Admin: Execute network and systems design, documentation, implementation, and testing to ensure components work together seamlessly.
• Upgrades & Performance: Implement software upgrades, analyze staff needs for efficiency, and identify system vulnerabilities.
• Training: Educate employees on software and hardware usage and provide ongoing technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Minimum of 3 years of experience troubleshooting:
  • MS Office 365
  • VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn
  • Encryption tools
• Hardware Expertise: 3+ years of experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops (including Surface Pros), and peripherals (printers, scanners, MDF, monitors, etc.).
• Active Directory: At least 3 years of experience working within an Active Directory domain environment.
• Networking: Solid understanding of networking with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues from the command line.
• Software Deployment: Proficient in software installations and diagnostics.
