Technical Background
Experience in two or more of the following areas is ideal:
· Digital / Mechanical Engineering (CAD, CAE)
· Embedded systems, telematics, infotainment
· Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
· Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, AI/ML
· IoT and connected devices
· Application modernization or software engineering
Sales & Pre-Sales Skills
· Proven experience in new customer acquisition or technical pre-sales
· Ability to run discovery sessions and shape technical solutions
· Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders such as:
o CIO / CTO
o Engineering leaders
o VP Product
o Procurement teams
· Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Soft Skills
· Confident communicator with executive presence
· Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
· High ownership, accountability, and urgency
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
How Success Will Be Measured
· Number of new customers acquired
· Pipeline generated and qualified
· PoC and pilot conversion rates
· Revenue and margin targets
· Technical win rate in competitive deals
· Customer satisfaction after project handoff
Preferred Qualifications
· 5–12 years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar roles
· Experience in Engineering Services or Digital Transformation companies
· Engineering or Computer Science background
· AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform certifications are a plus
