An innovative software company based in Chicago is hiring a full-time DevOps Engineer to join their team. The organization builds a cloud-based platform that supports over 40 Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) workflows, helping enterprise clients manage risk and compliance in one unified system. The team is currently operating in a Kubernetes and Terraform environment and is in the process of migrating to a GitOps workflow.

Required Skills & Experience
In-depth experience with Terraform
Strong proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s), particularly with EKS on AWS
Solid systems engineering background
Experience managing production workloads
Desired Skills & Experience
GitOps experience (strong plus, but not required)
Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and DevOps best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment
