Lead Hyperion Administrator

About the Role: As a Lead Hyperion Administrator, you will provide expert technical support for monthly financial consolidation and reporting. You will lead a technical team in the maintenance, enhancement, and transformation of Oracle Hyperion Essbase and Planning applications. This role requires a deep technical background in EPM infrastructure, including software installation, metadata management, and executing complex system migrations to ensure high-performance financial planning and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team, manage project timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Perform Core Hyperion Administration, including full software download, installation, and configuration.
• Execute Oracle Hyperion Essbase 21c upgrades and manage migrations across HFM, Essbase, and FDMEE.
• Optimize Essbase cube performance, functionality, and reporting attributes.
• Maintain data integrity and manage metadata within Enterprise Performance Management Architect (EPMA).
• Design and configure Hyperion Planning solutions to meet complex business transformation requirements.
• Conduct user training sessions for key stakeholders and end-users.
• Troubleshoot and remediate technical errors associated with Hyperion Planning components.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of dedicated experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM.
• Proven track record in Hyperion Installation and Configuration.
• Expertise in Essbase 21c and Oracle Hyperion Planning design.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and VBA for automation and data validation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and delivery schedules.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting integration.
• Strong trend analysis and financial data validation skills.
• Certification in Oracle Hyperion EPM or related technologies.
