Overview
0 The End User Computing Sr. Quality Engineer is responsible for leading the design, delivery, quality, and operational excellence of enterprise end-user technology platforms.
0 This role owns end-to-end service quality across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS devices and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring platforms are reliable, secure, observable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
0 This position drives continuous improvement using monitoring, telemetry, automation, and Digital Experience (DEX) analytics to improve stability, performance, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
0 Own quality, performance, and reliability of end-user computing platforms and services.
0 Lead quality engineering efforts across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
0 Partner with endpoint management platforms (Intune, JAMF) and security/identity services (Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender).
0 Embed observability, monitoring, automation, and DEX analytics into design and operations.
0 Analyze incidents, defects, and experience metrics to drive stability and usability improvements.
0 Evaluate technical designs, validate standards compliance, and ensure operational readiness.
0 Collaborate with IT operations and managed service partners to improve service quality.
0 Present technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.
Required Qualifications
0 7 10 years of experience in IT, end-user computing, platform engineering, or quality engineering.
0 Strong experience in IT Operations and managed services environments.
0 Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, JAMF, and endpoint security tools.
0 Strong understanding of identity, access, and security controls (Entra ID, Conditional Access, DLP).
0 Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
0 Proven ability to analyze defect trends, incidents, and quality metrics.
0 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
0 Experience with ITIL, Agile, or DevOps operating models.
0 Familiarity with Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX), telemetry, and observability platforms.
0 Experience working with or leading MSP/vendor teams.
0 Background in large enterprise environments with cloud, identity, security, and collaboration platforms.
0 Understanding of endpoint analytics and device health monitoring.
Education
0 Bachelor s degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent experience).
