Job Description (Short & Simple)

Lead Business Analyst supporting MES/Tulip systems for global initiatives. Analyze and document business processes, high-level requirements, and user stories with acceptance criteria. Guide other BAs/Product Owners, support SAT/UAT, and ensure GxP compliance. Collaborate with IT teams, communicate effectively, and drive process improvements across complex, global projects.
