Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to support the execution and operations of product pricing and promotions. This role focuses on managing high-volume pricing updates, promotion setup, and ensuring accuracy across systems. The position also offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements and innovation through automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage pricing changes, new promotions, and updates to existing promotions across products and features.
• Support pricing and promotional campaigns including base pricing, discount structures, and pricing strategies using internal tools.
• Track and manage promotional IDs/codes and pricing changes using tools such as Smartsheet or similar tracking systems.
• Add pricing criteria, submit changes for approval, and publish pricing updates after validation.
• Work with Jira or other ticketing systems to manage and track pricing-related requests.
• Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and data anomalies using SQL and analytical skills.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all pricing and promotion activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Corporate Accounting, Product Development, and other teams.
• Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and AI-driven pricing operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in pricing operations, pricing analysis, or a pricing specialist role.
• Experience handling large volumes of pricing changes and promotional updates.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, promotions, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools such as Smartsheet or similar systems.
• Experience working with Jira or any ticketing/work management system.
• Working knowledge of SQL to analyze data and identify anomalies or trends.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
