We are looking for SAP FICO Lead for our client in Bismarck, ND

Job Title: SAP FICO Lead

Job Location: Bismarck, ND

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Serve as Finance Solution Owner for SAP FICO across multiple workstreams (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Asset Accounting, Treasury).
Configure and maintain Vertex tax engine integrated with SAP (FI, SD, MM).
Gather business requirements for indirect tax (sales/use tax, VAT, GST) and translate them into system design.
Set up tax rules, rates, and jurisdictions in Vertex and ensure proper mapping with SAP tax codes.
Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and IT teams to ensure compliance with global tax regulations.
Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities for Vertex integration.
Troubleshoot tax calculation issues and provide post-go-live support.
Document configurations, processes, and provide training to business users.
