Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can seamlessly connect business strategy with technology execution.
This role demands strong solution architecture expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership
Work with executives and stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and define long-term architectural vision and technology roadmaps.
Solution Architecture Leadership
Design and lead enterprise-level solutions that align with business goals, with a focus on functional and business-driven projects rather than pure migration efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex business requirements into clear technical solutions. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Leadership
Provide guidance to project teams, lead design reviews, mentor architects, and developers, and ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Risk Management
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
Continuously evaluate new technologies (Digital, AI, Cloud) to enhance business capabilities and drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills ability to influence and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Strong technical knowledge of current platforms and technologies, and how to leverage them effectively.
Proven experience in consultative roles, working closely with business teams to define and deliver solutions.
Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior leadership.
Demonstrated experience in solution architecture for business or functional projects.
Deep understanding of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and methodologies.
Familiarity with SAFe Agile, DevOps, and Industry best practices .
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilitie
