Description: About the Role:We're looking for a skilled
Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep our production and test equipment running at peak performance. In this role, you'll perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals.

Fully onsite in Andover, MA (1st shift)
Key Responsibilities:- Perform scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs on BBU production and test equipment.
- Provide continuous technical support to production operators.
- Train and evaluate operators on equipment and process knowledge.
- Manage spare parts and supplies inventory, including purchasing and tracking.
- Prepare maintenance reports by collecting and analyzing data.
- Optimize setups and changeovers to maximize equipment capacity.
- Develop and improve equipment maintenance documentation.
- Support manufacturing and test engineering teams; assist with equipment/process qualification and functionality tests.
Qualifications:- Education: Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years supporting production line equipment and systems such as SMT pick-and-place, AOI, reflow ovens, glue dispense equipment, test handlers, testers, laser markers, PCB saws, and molding machines.
- Familiarity with equipment like Universal Genesis, Disco saw, Fico molding system, BTU reflow oven, Asymtek Axion, Delta handler, Rofin laser, and Stalhi lapping system is a plus.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read schematics.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, servos, and industrial electronics.
- Experience programming and debugging automated equipment.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Proven ability to train and mentor team members and develop work instructions.
