Product Manager (SAP OTC/BRIM)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes to define and deliver next-generation solutions leveraging SAP s latest technologies. This role will drive the product strategy for subscription and usage-based billing models, ensuring seamless integration across SAP platforms and tools.

• Product Strategy & Innovation
• Define and execute the roadmap for SAP BRIM (including SOM, CI, and FICA) within the O2C domain.
• Leverage SAP BTP, SAP Joule AI, and SAP s Integrated Tool Chain to deliver intelligent, automated, and scalable solutions.
• Align product initiatives with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
• Act as the subject matter expert for BRIM and O2C capabilities.
• Solution Delivery
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP BRIM solutions, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with global process standards and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to optimize subscription billing, revenue recognition, and customer experience.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered insights and automation using SAP Joule AI.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Collaborate with engineering and SAP functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide guidance on integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in SAP BRIM and O2C processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging, and Convergent Invoicing.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Joule AI, and SAP s Integrated Tool Chain.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ERP projects in a global environment.

• Strong understanding of subscription and usage-based billing models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Experience with S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP deployments.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and compliance frameworks.
