Summary

Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain / Merchandising

Overview:
Lead cross-functional initiatives across merchandising and item/data domains. Focus on upstream supply chain processes, SKU lifecycle, item setup/enrichment, vendor onboarding, inventory accuracy, and integration touchpoints with Merch, Planning, and Ops.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking for projects.
Drive collaboration between merchandising, supply chain, and technology teams.
Manage third-party vendors and SOWs for successful delivery.
Track and report program metrics using Jira dashboards, Confluence, and project tools.

Qualifications:

10+ years program/project management experience, preferably in retail.
Experience with merchandising, item master/data management, and upstream supply chain processes.
Hands-on experience managing cross-functional deliverables and dependencies.
Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills.
