Join a well-established IT services provider in Lockport, IL that's been supporting businesses in the manufacturing, industrial, and commercial sectors for over 30 years. Our client is hiring a full-time Field Technician to support a diverse range of clients across the Chicagoland area. This is a hybrid role involving both remote IT support and on-site visits, giving you exposure to a wide variety of technologies including networks, servers, workstations, and common business applications.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year experience in an MSP, IT consulting firm, or similar fast-paced support role
- Strong troubleshooting experience across:
- Workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Windows Server and Windows OS (7-11)
- Network basics: routers, switches, firewalls
- Experience working with manufacturing or industrial clients
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Office 365 or Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation tools
- Solid understanding of Layer 1-3 support
- Customer-first mindset and professional communication skills
