Senior Workday Reporting Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Reporting Specialist with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition (TA) reporting to support an immediate surge in reporting and analytics requests. This role will serve as a dedicated resource focused exclusively on building, optimizing, and delivering TA operational reports within Workday. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting/Talent Acquisition reporting, a strong understanding of the TA lifecycle and terminology, and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across the Recruiting organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Workday Reporting & Analytics:
* Design, build, and enhance operational Talent Acquisition reports within Workday (no Prism Analytics required)
* Deliver reporting on key TA metrics such as: Candidate pipeline progression; Staffing activity and requisition status; Onboarding steps and process tracking; New hire schedules and related activity
* Translate report requirements into high-quality Workday reports using calculated fields, custom metrics, and Workday standard reporting tools
* Manage a high volume of JIRA reporting tickets and ensure timely delivery of new builds and enhancements
* Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand reporting needs, terminology, and process nuances
* Work directly existing team members to ensure reporting alignment and knowledge-sharing
* Communicate effectively with TA leaders and end users to gather requirements, clarify needs, and provide consultative guidance
* Validate report accuracy, data integrity, and usability prior to release
* Recommend best practices and improvements to existing TA reporting infrastructure
* Provide expertise and mentorship to internal team members on Workday Recruiting data structures and capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Senior-level experience in Workday Reporting, specifically within Workday Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
* Strong command of TA processes, workflows, and terminology
* Proven ability to build complex Workday calculated fields and operational dashboards
* Experience managing a high volume of enhancement requests or backlog items
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with TA stakeholders
* Ability to work on-site Tuesday-Thursday

Preferred:
* Prior experience supporting Talent Acquisition as part of an HR Systems or People Analytics team
* Experience working in agile ticket environments (e.g., JIRA)
* Ability to offer strategic recommendations and guide teams on best-in-class Workday reporting practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
