RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, Arizona that is seeking a Product Manager to join their team.
Summary:
You will join a team centered on understanding users, optimizing usability, and delivering intelligent decisioning capabilities that power profitable customer acquisition. This includes shaping strategies to prevent misuse, enhance offer decisioning, and ensure customers are guided toward products that meet their needs. You will collaborate across marketing, analytics, technology, and product teams to execute platform vision and continuously refine cross-functional roadmaps.
Duties:
* Define product vision and roadmap, working closely with leadership, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
* Product Manager will drive global development efforts related to digital applications, collaborating with multiple technical and business teams
* Partner with technology teams to design, develop, test, and release new features and services
* Translate product strategy into clear requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
* Use data and insights to design product features that simplify rule creation, improve threshold execution, and enhance decisioning
* Lead prioritization efforts and guide agile teams through iterative development cycles
* Leverage qualitative and quantitative analytics to inform strategy, experimentation, and product evolution
* Stay informed on trends and competitive practices to ensure the product remains innovative and customer-first
* As a Product Manager, you will support performance tracking and reporting, developing metrics to measure and communicate product impact
* Embed operational excellence, governance, and data integrity across product workflows
* Cultivate strong cross-team relationships to support alignment, problem-solving, and successful execution
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
* 5+ years of experience in digital product development or product management with a strong track record of delivering impactful, customer-centric features
* Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog in an Agile environment
* Experience in matrixed or cross-functional organizations
* Familiarity with SAFe Agile frameworks and collaboration tools such as Rally, Jira/Atlassian Suite, or Slack
* Analytical and technical problem-solver, comfortable making data-backed decisions and tackling complex challenges
* Customer-first mindset with a passion for building intuitive and meaningful product experiences
* Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to partner across technical, business, and leadership teams
* Foundational data skills, including table building and SQL querying
* Comfort thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a critical thinker who can simplify complexity
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups
* Curious, driven, and willing to challenge assumptions, champion innovation, and deliver measurable impact
* Proven ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive continuous improvement
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
