Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer (HCM Specialist)
We are seeking a highly skilled OIC Developer with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud to join our team for a remote contract engagement. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical integrations between Oracle HCM and various third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow for workforce management.

Role: OIC Developer (HCM Focus)
Location: 100% Remote Core Responsibilities
Integration Development: Design and develop end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle HCM Cloud with external vendors and internal systems.
HCM Domain Focus: Build and maintain integrations specifically for Employee Demographics, Payroll (Outbound/Inbound), and Absence Management entries.
Technical Implementation: Utilize OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, HCM), FBDI, and HDL (HCM Data Loader) for large-scale data migrations and synchronization.
Payroll Integration: Ensure accuracy in payroll data extracts and the handling of time/labor data flowing into payroll modules.
Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor integration dashboards, manage error handling/re-processing, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical design documents (TDD) and mapping spreadsheets.
Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including Process Cloud or Visual Builder (preferred but not required).
Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Global Human Resources, Payroll, and Absence Management.
Data Tools: Proficiency in using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and BI Publisher for generating reports/extracts.
Web Services: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML data structures.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to map complex business requirements into technical integration flows.
Preferred Skills
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) foundational knowledge.
Experience with Fast Formulas within Oracle HCM.
Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
