Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion activities across modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Payroll.
Design, develop, and implement conversion processes using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and FBDI (File-Based Data Import) templates.
Perform technical data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation of source-to-target data.
Analyze, triage, and resolve issues related to data loads, including troubleshooting HDL/FBDI errors and reprocessing failed transactions.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements, data structures, and validation rules.
Ensure compliance with project data governance, quality standards, and audit requirements.
Support mock conversions, test cycles, and cutover activities.
Document conversion processes, error handling approaches, and reconciliation methods.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion.
Strong expertise with HDL and FBDI load processes.
Hands-on experience with Benefits, Time and Labor, and Payroll conversions.
Solid understanding of HCM Cloud data model and interdependencies across modules.
Strong SQL/PLSQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
Experience with error resolution, reconciliation reports, and performance optimization.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (technical and functional) to meet project timelines.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
