Job Description :

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes. This role involves configuring ServiceNow modules, building integrations, troubleshooting platform issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
• Configure and support ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HAM modules
• Implement Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues
• Maintain technical documentation and system designs
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service integrations
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM (PSDS), and HAM modules
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
