Description of responsibilities:

Role Mandate: Candidate will be joining the Business Managed Application Governance team under Cyber Security responsible for governing a population of software and technology solutions, as well as the inventory, risk rating, and control assessments for those solutions.

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Manage the team inbox responding to questions surrounding process updates, access to the tool, and general inquiries
Pulling and compiling reporting regularly to ensure data integrity
Monitoring inventory to identify actionable items to be sent downstream for a fix
Supporting periodic assessment activities
Researching and investigating various records for linages or other impacts
Continuous process improvement
Providing requirements and working with technology support on systems maintenance activities and user accepter testing.

Must-Have Skills:
1-3 years in a similar role
Excellent Communication skills [written/verbal]
Excellent attention to detail
Time management
Proficient with Microsoft suite, [intermediate excel skills required; pivot tables, v-lookups]
Technology asset management

Nice to Have Skills:
Previous Business Analyst experience at a major financial institution
Previous experience with technology risk management and software management controls
