IT Account Executive

Responsibilities

Account Executive will develop a relationships with clients, identify resource needs, work with recruiters to identify correct candidates, present the candidate to the client for consideration, coordinate interview process.

Experience

• Three plus years of Technology Contractor or Permanent Placement experience with proven success and growth. 
• Entrepreneurial spirit, personal drive, and “will to win” and overcome challenges and reach goals
• Understanding of Information Technology terminology
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Strong prospecting background via phone, social media and email platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services.
• Attend client events
• Occasional travel to client sites and events

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of staffing solutions and workforce management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Attend client events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent our company and engage potential clients.

Compensation

Base plus commission.  

• We are heavily commissioned which means if you are a strong account executive that can bring and close business you will make lots of money. If you are successful the company with be successful.
