This role is open to candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
Visier Analytics Developer is responsible for developing advanced HR analytics on the Visier platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR data platforms/ data products/hub/lake, a deep understanding of HR metrics and analytics, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain the Visier People Analytics platform to meet business needs.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Manage security and develop and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports within Visier.
- Support end-users with training, issue resolution, and enhancements.
- Stay current on Visier updates and new features to recommend improvements.
- Manage HR data products and analytics requirements, translating business requirements into technical specifications for development/configuration.
- Manage Visier vendor relationship.
- Act as a design thinking expert and facilitate focus groups, understanding user needs and guiding customers toward becoming more insight-driven through user-centered designs.
- Help shape the advanced analytics and data strategy for HR and stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or HR technology.
- Hands-on experience with Visier People Analytics platform (configuration and development).
- Hands-on experience with Visier Workforce Planning platform.
- Strong understanding of HR data domains (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment Management).
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence
Requirements
- Experience in people analytics is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder
- Experience leading and managing technical teams
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in enterprise visualization reporting tool
Preferred: Experience with Visier Platform, One Model and Azure Synapse Analytics
