Job Overview: The Sr. Compliance Treasury Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing various treasury and compliance-related tasks. This role involves handling parental guaranties, TDM payments, SAP updates, and ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation. The position is expected to last for three months, covering an employee's maternity leave, and follows a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities: - Completing new issuances and amending existing parental guaranties (PGs).
- Updating the Parental Guaranty report.
- Managing daily Goldman share repurchase payments.
- Handling LC fees, including reconciliation to LC reports.
- Processing miscellaneous other fees.
- Updating AR Securitization interest rates and triggering payments in SAP.
- Updating CLR borrowings and payments in SAP.
Qualifications: - Experience in treasury operations and compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP for financial updates and reporting.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and adapt to onboarding requirements.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
