Job Title: TOSCA Automation Lead with SAP CALM

Location: Harrisburg, PA
Onsite Requirement: 1 week onsite per month
Work Model: Hybrid (1 week onsite, 3 weeks offshore / WFH)
Travel: All onsite travel expenses paid

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Testing Automation Lead to support a SAP COPA implementation for a State Government client. The ideal candidate will lead automation testing efforts, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality delivery across SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage automation testing activities for the SAP COPA project
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts
Coordinate testing efforts with onsite and offshore teams
Ensure testing best practices, standards, and processes are followed
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify defects and ensure resolution
Support test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management

Mandatory Skills & Certifications:

TOSCA Certification (Mandatory)
SAP CALM Certification (Mandatory)
Strong experience in test automation leadership roles
Experience working on SAP projects (preferably COPA)
Ability to work in hybrid onsite/offshore engagement model
