Join our dynamic team as a Lead Conceptual/Visual Designer, where you'll craft innovative design solutions for leading global brands in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative vision and design visually captivating and intelligent experiences.
  • Transform complex business challenges into user-focused design solutions.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables, including user interfaces, prototypes, and visual design systems.
  • Engage and inspire stakeholders with compelling storytelling and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, engineers, and strategists.
  • Mentor fellow designers and cultivate a culture of creativity and inclusivity.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in digital and interactive design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts and their integration in design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping software.
  • Exceptional skills in visual storytelling and presentations.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to drive innovative design solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with motion design and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and localization best practices.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI-driven design workflows.
