Job Details

We are seeking a creative and experienced Sr. Art Director/Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Creative team. This role offers the opportunity to shape compelling narratives and design engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with copywriters to conceptualize and design customer-facing campaigns that are on-brand and drive results.
  • Create static, motion, and video assets tailored to various digital platforms and audience behaviors.
  • Develop modular design systems and templates for frequent iteration and creative refresh across multiple advertising channels.
  • Research and stay updated on trends and topics relevant to key audiences globally.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative deliverables align with strategic goals.
  • Present creative concepts to stakeholders, providing insights to support decision-making.

Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Art Director role within an in-house creative team or agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, digital performance work, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with basic motion design tools.
  • Solid understanding of best practices for mobile-first digital marketing.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with light animation for digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
