Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts, drive
• revenue growth, and expand our client base. While a background in the automotive industry is
• strongly preferred, we also welcome candidates with sales leadership experience in other
• industries to include manufacturing, retail, or healthcare who have successfully developed and
• executed B2B sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across key industry verticals, including automotive, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare.
• Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Lead the sales team, setting targets and ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide strategic sales insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, with a strong track record of meeting and
• exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in automotive sales is strongly preferred, but candidates with experience in other industries, such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare, are encouraged to apply.
• Strong network and ability to build relationships with decision-makers across industries.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
